Precedence: bulk
on the subject of camera null objects.

I'm not sure why you would want to do this Mark. The point of
targeting out to a null object is to have that thing hanging out in
front of your camera, so you can control where the camera is
'looking' kind of like having a long pole sticking out in front of
the camera. Just grab that long pole by the end (the null object) and
crank it around to where you want the camera to look. It's also like
a tank driving on the battle field, the hull of the tank is pointed
in the direction of travel but the turrent is rotating in other
directions. Think of the camera and it's key frames as the tank hull
and the the null object as the tip of the gun barrel of the tank.
by having the null object free and away from the camera you can place
the null object directly on the spot you want the camera to look and
change that spot from frame to frame. Thats alot easier than doing
camera rotations. However where the camera is at in the sceen is
still controlled by the camera object it'self and it's own
independant key frames.
let me know if I'm making any sence here :) :) :) *:0
